You'll be responsible for planning and executing missions using unmanned aircraft systems (UAS), ensuring compliance with airspace regulations. Your expertise in remote sensing technologies like LiDAR will be invaluable in supporting our commitment to delivering reliable energy services.
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and execute UAS missions in accordance with FAA regulations and company policies
- Ensure compliance with airspace regulations and obtain necessary approvals for UAS operations
- Operate UAS equipment, including LiDAR and other remote sensing technologies, to collect data and imagery
- Analyze and interpret data collected from UAS missions to support decision-making processes
What we need to see from you
- You possess the required education and training to obtain an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification
- You have demonstrated experience in planning and executing UAS missions, including mission planning and airspace compliance
- You have a strong understanding of airspace regulations and compliance, as well as proficiency in operating UAS equipment and interpreting data from remote sensing technologies like LiDAR
- You hold a valid Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Pilot License
