Conséquemment, ce n’est pas de gaieté de cœur qu’ils se sont ralliés à la décision du SCFP. Mais dans les circonstances, elle apparaissait raisonnable, car entre autres:</span></p><ul><li style="list-style-type: none;"><ul><li><span style="color: #000000;">Étant donné que la période légale d’accréditation se terminait le 4 novembre, recueillir le nombre nécessaire de signatures était un défi. Aussi, comme un dépôt sera possible en décembre 2024 et que les cartes sont valides pour une période de 12 mois, il était judicieux d’attendre. Par conséquent, advenant les discussions sont infructueuses ou insatisfaisantes, <b>une campagne de signatures pourrait commencer dès décembre 2023 ;</b></span></li></ul></li></ul><ul><li style="list-style-type: none;"><ul><li><span style="font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); background-color: transparent; color: #000000;">Au nom de la transparence, le SCFP s »engageait à nous fournir un résumé de l’avancement des travaux et permettre de le publier sur le site du PARQ . Ainsi les comptes rendus sont disponibles: <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><em><strong><a href="https://parq2023.com/travaux-scfp-spgq/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><span style="color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;">Travaux SCFP-SPGQ.</span></a></strong></em></span> Conséquemment, l’ <strong>accès à ces informations </strong> nous concernent autant que les organisations syndicales;</span><span style="color: #000000;"><br></span></li></ul></li></ul><ul><li style="list-style-type: none;"><ul><li><span style="color: #000000;">Suite au départ des professionnel.le.s de la SQI vers le SCFP, le SCFP a été à même de constater certains problèmes structurels au sein du SPGQ. Ceux-ci leur ont été mentionnés non seulement par des membres du PARQ, mais également par des délégués autant représentant des membres à Revenu Québec que dans d’autres unités. Ainsi, le SCFP comprend nos préoccupations ;</span><span style="color: #000000;"><br></span></li></ul></li></ul><ul><li style="list-style-type: none;"><ul><li><span style="color: #000000;">Le SCFP a procédé à des initiatives similaires qui se sont soldées avec succès par l’affiliation de la Fraternité des travailleurs et travailleuses du préhospitalier du Québec ainsi que du Syndicat des pompiers et pompières du Québec ;</span></li></ul></li></ul><ul><li style="list-style-type: none;"><ul><li><span style="color: #000000; font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; background-color: transparent;"><b>Les employés du SPGQ, </b></span><span style="color: #000000; font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); background-color: transparent;">en raison leurs expertises, ont comme représentant syndical </span><span style="color: #000000; font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; background-color: transparent;"><b>le SCFP</b></span><span style="color: #000000; font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); background-color: transparent;">. Comme ils ont obtenu d’excellents résultats, lors de leur dernière négociation de convention collective, en décembre 2022, </span><span style="color: #000000; font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; background-color: transparent;"><b>nous croyons que ce qui est bon pour eux doit être bon pour nous. </b></span></li></ul></li></ul><p style="padding-left: 40px;"><span style="color: #000000;">Tout en respectant la démarche en cours, nous demeurerons critiques et vigilants face au processus et aux décisions. Il est donc important de <strong>ne pas résilier son adhésion du SPGQ</strong> pour conserver ce droit. De plus, advenant un changement de syndicat, vous êtes protégé par le SPGQ aussi longtemps que le Tribunal administratif du travail (TAT) n’aura pas autorisé la nouvelle accréditation ; </span></li></ul><ul><li><span style="color: #000000;">La première période (30 jours) de maraudage se terminait le 4 novembre 2023, ainsi elle était limitée dans le temps. Une autre période peut avoir lieu 9 mois suivant l’échéance de notre convention actuelle, celle-ci est indéterminée dans le temps puisqu’elle est conditionnelle à certains événements ;</span></li></ul><ul><li><span style="color: #000000;">Le pourcentage de signatures requises pour un changement de syndicale demande une majorité absolue, donc de 50% +1 .Le nombre de signatures visé serait probablement d’environ 3000 cartes, car un syndicat prudent s’assure d’avoir une position confortable pour contrer les imprévus ;</span><span style="color: #000000;"><br></span></li></ul><ul><li><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="color: #000000;">Il est permis de déposer une requête au TAT lorsqu’un nouveau syndicat a accumulé entre 35% et 50% des signatures requises. Cependant, le </span><b style="color: #000000;">but est d’accorder aux salariés un droit de vote </b><span style="color: #000000;"><b>secret entre les syndicales concernés</b></span><b style="color: #000000;">. <a href="https://www.legisquebec.gouv.qc.ca/fr/document/lc/C-27" target="_blank" rel="noopener">(<span style="text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;"><em>Code du travail: article 37 et ss</em></span>) </a></b><span style="color: #000000;">Cette stratégie peut être contester notamment par l’ancien syndicat ou l’employeur. De plus, les délais sont souvent aussi longs que celle d’un changement de syndicat.</span></span></li></ul></div></div> </div>

Il serait inapproprié de prêter ce genre d’intention car <strong>l’intégrité est une valeur qu’un syndicat de professionnel ne peut négliger.</strong></span></li></ul><p style="padding-left: 40px;"><span style="color: #000000;"><em><strong>Augmentons notre rapport de force, soyons solidaires,</strong></em> comme l’ARC ce printemps et présentement e front commun. Nous devons nous mobiliser comme une unité qui sait s’organiser au lieu de se faire organiser. Toutefois, comme le SPGQ souscrit à<b> une seule police pour l’ensemble de ses membres</b>, il n’est pas possible de la négocier pour l’ARQ seulement. De plus, le SPGQ soutient que les mutuelles ont le meilleur rapport qualité/prix.
