            We're seeking a dynamic senior communications professional to join our growing Marketing Communications team
            to lead our integrated marketing communications team. You will develop and execute marketing communication
            strategies, lead and inspire a team, collaborate across functions and regions, and help drive awareness for
            the Samsung Semiconductor business. This role demands a proactive leader capable of harmonizing teams across
            the globe, ensuring our communications resonate with diverse audiences and are aligned with our strategic
            goals.</p>

            <li>Develop integrated marketing communications that highlight our strengths in Memory, Foundry, and System
              LSI technologies</li>
            <li>Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing and product planning to ensure
              cohesive message and strategy, with an emphasis on aligning with headquarters in South Korea</li>
            <li>Drive messaging for showcases at industry and Samsung events with a strong focus on customer
              benefits/value</li>
            <li>Lead a team of 3-4 marketing communication leaders</li>
            <li>Support your team, empowering their achievements, facilitating self-management, developing growth
              opportunities, and proactively planning for the future.</li>

          <p><b>What You Bring</b></p>
          <ul>
            <li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.</li>
            <li>15+ years of experience in PR, Executive Communications, Social Media, Marcom, and/or Digital Marketing.
            </li>
            <li>Experience in the semiconductor industry, analyst relations, or internal communications is a plus; solid
              tech background is required.</li>
            <li>Exceptional communication skills, with a knack for clear, compelling written and verbal messaging</li>
            <li>Proven leadership skills with a track record in managing and inspiring teams.</li>
            <li>Cultural sensitivity and global awareness, with the ability to navigate and bridge international
              cultural and communication differences.</li>
            <li>Strategic thinking and meticulous in execution, with an eye for detail.</li>
