Цветовая диагностика Люшера позволяет измерить психофизиологическое состояние человека, его стрессоустойчивость, активность и коммуникативные способности.
Тест Люшера выявляет причины психологического стресса, который может привести к появлению физиологических симптомов. Профессор Люшер обнаружил, что восприятие цвета
объективно и универсально для всех, но индивидуальные предпочтения в выборе цветов субъективны. Это отличие позволяет измерять актуальные субъективные состояния при
помощи тестовых цветов.

Цветовой тест Люшера (ЦТЛ) прост, но чрезвычайно информативен. ЦТЛ диагностирует не свойства личности, а ее состояния: опыты показывают, что через 1-2 месяца люди
раскладывают ЦТЛ совершенно иначе.

В настоящее время существует два варианта теста Люшера: краткий и полный. При применении краткого варианта используется набор (таблица) из восьми цветов:

<li> темно-синего (1); </li>
<li> сине-зеленого(2); </li>
<li> красно-желтого (3); </li>
<li> желтого (4); </li>
<li> фиолетового (5); </li>
<li> коричневого (6); </li>
<li> черного (7). </li>

Полный вариант ЦТЛ («Клинический цветовой тест») состоит из следующих семи цветовых таблиц:

<li> серого цвета;</li>
<li> восьми цветов (краткого теста);</li>
<li> четырех основных цветов;</li>
<li> синего цвета;</li>
<li> зеленого цвета;</li>
<li> красного цвета;</li>
<li> желтого цвета.</li>

Процедура тестирования состоит в упорядочивании цветов испытуемым по убыванию их субъективной приятности.
Инструкция предусматривает просьбу отвлечься от ассоциаций, связанных с модой, традициями, общепринятыми вкусами и постараться выбирать цвета,
только исходя из своего личного отношения.

Результаты цветовой диагностики дают ценную психотерапевтическую информацию, поскольку выбор цвета основан на бессознательных процессах,
он указывает на то, каков человек на самом деле, а не на то, каким он себя представляет или каким бы он хотел быть, как это часто случается при использовании опросных методов.
Тест Люшера позволяет провести быстрый и глубокий анализ личности на основе информации, полученной при простом ранжировании цветов.

Выберите карточку наиболее Вам приятного цвета, при этом не связывая цвет карточки с цветом Вашей одежды, машины и т.п. Как только выбранная Вами карточка исчезнет, повторите свои действия до тех пор, пока не переберете все карточки.
