<h2>About CIPZ</h2>
<p></p><h4>The Companies and Intellectual Property Office of Zimbabwe (CIPZ) was established for the Registration of Companies and Other Business Entities registrable under the COMPANIES AND OTHER BUSINESS ENTITIES ACT [CHAPTER 24:31] CIPZ is currently located in Harare and Bulawayo. The office consists of a Chief Registrar of Companies and Other Business Entities, who exercises general supervision and direction of CIPZ; registrars, assistant registrars and other officers. The Chief Registrar of Companies and Other Business Entities may in writing authorise an assistant registrar, inspector or other officer referred to in subsection of the Act to exercise any of the functions of a Registrar under this Act. The Chief Registrar shall provide every inspector with a document identifying him or her as an inspector, and the inspector shall produce it on request by any interested person.</h4><p></p>
